The ad agency has also hired Grey London creatives Jonathan Rands and Alex Tizard as senior creatives.
The trio will work across the shop’s full portfolio of clients, including Carling, Rekorderlig, Finish, Rolls-Royce, Air Wick and Clearasil.
At Droga5 Swinburne worked on the Pizza Hut account. Before this, he was at McCann New York between 2014 and 2016. He has also worked at Leo Burnett Sydney, DDB New Zealand, and Saatchi & Saatchi.
Rands and Tizard have been at Grey for five years, where they worked on accounts including Lucozade, Tate, The Times/The Sunday Times, Greene King, Fairy and Marks & Spencer.
Swinburne, Rands and Tizard report to Ben Mooge, executive creative director. Mooge's creative partner of nine years, Andy Sandoz, left Havas as as joint ECD earlier this year.
