The bold new advertising campaign from online mortgage broker Habito juxtaposes the hellish confusion, cost and time of the traditional mortgage application process with the simpler and less stressful experience of Habito customers.
The poster ads are illustrated by California-based artist Jimbo Phillips, who drew on skateboarding iconography and his Santa Cruz pedigree to tell a story of two halves: a comically grim mortgage hell next to a homeowner heaven of fluffy clouds, celestial rays and winged house keys. The work was created by Nina Beyers and Tom Espezel at Uncommon Creative Studio.
