Droga5 follows up teaser spot with first ad in campaign for Nexus replacement
Google unveiled its new smartphone today, and a new ad from Droga5 introduces Pixel to anyone who missed the live broadcast of the announcement. The 60-second spot uses the simple search bar to represent the unknown, the unexpected and the fantastic, as rapid-fire vignettes demonstrate how integral the online service has become to a wide swath of humanity. The integrated campaign is running in six global markets: Australia, Canada, Germany, India, the UK and the US. It also includes a 24-hour Snapchat brand takeover and a custom Snapchat lens. Droga5 also created a teaser spot last month, and more videos will roll out through the end of the year.
