Damian Benstead has been promoted to managing director, allowing Dean Vickerman to move up and take the position of sales director.
"With the first National Golf Show on the horizon it is integral we have the right structure and team in place to launch the event and ensure it is a huge success for all concerned," said Benstead.
"Between us, Dean and I have more than 20 years’ experience of working in the golf industry and we know what exhibitors want, what motivates consumers and how to bring those things together.
"Everyone involved is confident the show will be a huge success and there’s a really positive buzz surrounding the whole project."
The National Golf Show will take place from 15-17 April at the NEC, Birmingham.
It replaces the NEC Golf Show and aims to offer more new products, more interactivity and more value for money.
Benstead added: "Visitor feedback has shown that what golfers want is to see all the latest equipment and products and have the chance to swing some clubs so we are going to provide more of this as well as a great day out."
As Event reported last year, the London Golf Show – usually held in spring – will now take place in November.
