Fold7 has bolstered its creative department after a series of new-business wins.

Jim Seath and Rod Elms will join the agency as senior creatives, while Lucy Aston and Ben Ducker, who are creatives at VCCP, will become middleweights.

Both Seath and Elms have most recently been working on a freelance basis.

Between 2008 and 2013, Seath was a creative director at Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO, where he worked on the Tourism Australia, EDF, Galaxy and Heinz accounts.

In 2007, he was appointed the deputy creative director at Farm London, where he handled the business.

Seath has also spent time at 4Creative, TBWA\London and McCann London.

Elms was a senior creative at Saatchi & Saatchi between 2011 and 2014, and has also worked for Crayon and TBWA\London.

Fold7 is in the process of hiring a new group account director, account director and account manager.

The agency recently picked up business from Wonga, Magners, Audible, Eat and Doddle.

Ryan Newey, the founder and executive creative director of Fold7, said: "It’s great to be adding to the team at this stage in the agency’s growth and welcoming this fantastic new talent into the fold.

"We’ve been looking for blinkers-off agency and creative experts who can easily slip into Fold7’s 21st-century approach to advertising.

"These new squad additions mean that we can continue to deliver exceptional creativity at a pace to match 21st-century consumers."
