That Flower Feeling promotes flowers as a form of self care

180 created the spot, which shifts the idea of flowers from a luxury to an everyday purchase.

People often buy flowers for celebrations like birthdays, anniversaries or moments of indulgence. However, flowers don’t always have to be just a luxury.

That Flower Feeling, a flower brand by CalFlowers, the leading floral trade association in California, flipped the concept of getting flowers in its new spot, "Flowers. Self Care Made Easy."

In the spot, a woman tries to indulge in self care routines that keep going awry. She puts on a face mask that rips off her eyebrows, struggles to get into yoga positions and has an unsettling meditation session.

At the end, she opts to simply pick up flowers which are "proven by actual science to give you a mental and emotional boost."
