Tonic brand Fever-Tree has announced plans to open a bar dedicated to gin and tonic in Hoxton Square, London, from 12 June.

The bar, which has been organised and produced in-house, will feature a collection of 160 gins from around the world, in order for guests to create the perfect gin and tonic combination.

The six-week weekend pop-up will offer masterclasses from gin experts and mixologists such as Tom Coates from Portobello Gin and Michael Vachon from Maverick Drinks. Four supper clubs, held in partnership with pop-up caterer Check On, are also being held in the venue.

Experimental 'G&Tree flights' will give guests the chance to sample four different gins, with £2 from each£12 ticket going towards the charity Malaria No More UK.

Last year saw the drinks company tour a pop-up bar, which travelled to UK festivals, a branded bicycle laden with products at London Cocktail Week, and produce Gin and Tonic Fever festival in Chelsea Physic Garden, London.
