The East London venue's Gallery Rooms Premier Room 1 will host the election of ESSA officers, a question and answer session and guests from AEV and AEO on 24 March.
The afternoon will be completed by presentations from Kevin Murphy, CEO of Excel London, an update on the Industry Promotion Campaign, and a presentation on The Event & Exhibiting Show 2010 - at which every ESSA member has been offered a free stand by show organiser F2Fevents.
