Eulogy wins retainer brief for Jack Daniels

Communications agency Eulogy has announced a major client win, following a competitive pitch.

Whisky brand Jack Daniel's will join the Eulogy roster, alongside a number of other Brown Forman brands such as Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur and Finlandia Vodka. Eulogy created a number of events for Chambord this year, including its Chapter Eight Games.

The agency will start working on the Jack Daniel's campaign for 2017 and 2018 and aims to develop a creative strategy to showcase the brand's versatility. Eulogy will also reinforce the brand's heritage through the Taste of Tennessee platform.

Lucie Kaye, head of consumer at Eulogy, said: "We’re all absolutely thrilled to have won the Jack Daniel’s retainer. Over the years we have built a strong relationship with the Brown Forman team, delivering creative, engaging content and campaigns for its brands and we can’t wait to deliver the same for this icon."

Charlotte Ashburner, Jack Daniel’s marketing manager, said: "We needed an agency who understood the potential for this heritage brand, had the creative spark to reach our target market and a team we could trust. Eulogy delivered a knock-out pitch with creative content at its heart."

Earlier this month, Jack Daniel's partnered with Lagardère to stage an activation at London Luton Airport for the brand's 150th anniversary. On 18 November, it was announced that agencies Line Up and Creative Technology have been appointed by GSMA to provide production and technical services at MWC 2017.
