Droga5 and Comcast Xfinity create new sitcom web series

Everything gets between a binge-watching couple and their streaming TV

Comcast Xfinity released a new 6-episode web series created in collaboration with Droga5 on Tuesday. "Glued" stars actual married couple John Ross Bowie of "The Big Bang Theory" and Julie Denbo of "Orange is the New Black" as a bored couple who discover a new must-watch TV series. The 3- to 4-minute episodes take a comedic spin on their day-to-struggles as they try deal with needy children, family friends and marital strife as quickly as possible so they can get back to watching their favorite show. The first four episodes debuted online and on Xfinity OnDemand, and the final two episodes follow June 30.
