Agency Polar Black Events will create an immersive brand experience for champagne brand Dom Pérignon in May.

The ten-day 'Les 3 Étages by Dom Pérignon' pop-up will take place over three floors at a secret Grade II listed Georgian townhouse near Holborn in London from 5-14 May.

The house will be hosting a series of VIP parties and intimate dinners, which will allow guests to sample a different vintage of champagne on each floor, while learning about how the product ages and matures.

Across the ‘three windows of expression’, the first floor will house the new 2005 vintage, the second floor will offer a 1998 vintage and the rarest 1982 and 1971 vintages will be showcased as the final Plénitude on the top floor.

Each floor will be designed with its own distinctive decor to reflect each vintage champagne’s particular personality. 

Michelin-starred Australian chef Skye Gyngell will be in residence for the duration of the pop-up to create a sensory menu to complement the champagnes.

Polar Black Events has been appointed to design, produce and manage the event.
