The Circle Agency has hired Neil Hooper as its new creative director. He joins from rival agency RPM where he worked for 18 years, latterly as head of creative.

In his new role, Hooper will front the creative direction for the business and will oversee the expansion of the creative and digital offering at the agency. He also joins as part of Circle’s senior management team.
His time in the experiential marketing sector includes working for clients such as Diageo, BSkyB, Marks and Spencer, Coca-Cola, Unilever and Blackberry.

Hooper said he has "an affinity" with The Circle Agency and its vision.

"Its roots are very similar to where I began my career and I am delighted to be joining the team at a very exciting time. I am confident that my experience and knowledge will help drive the creative business strategy and support the broader agency in its continued growth."
