Neil Hourston, Grey's chief strategy officer for EMEA, is leaving the agency.

Hourston is quitting to work on a new project, not thought to be directly related to advertising.

Grey is currently searching for a replacement for Hourston, who was promoted to the role of chief strategy officer EMEA in May last year. Prior to that he was chief strategy officer of the London office.

Hourston rejoined Grey, where he began his career, as its chief strategy officer in 2008, having spent ten years at TBWA.
