Beer brand Carling has announced details of its first Shirt Amnesty campaign, which will feature a touring van activation.

Hitting the road on the 1 July, the branded van will tour the country in time for the transfer window. Football fans will be encouraged to swap their shirt with the name of a recently sold player on the back for an up-to-date strip.

When the van lands in each city, consumer will be able to swap their kit for free. Social media users have been encouraged to follow the brand on Twitter to find out when the experience will be visiting them.

The experience will be supported by PR and content creation, with footballer Jimmy Bullard fronting the campaign.

Havas SE Cake is handling the activity. It is the first campaign for the new agency since its merger in May.
