Cannes 'Lionesses': website collates female creative winners

A website that collates the female creative winners at this year's Cannes Lions has launched today.

It was set up by a Holly Fallows and Charlotte Watmough, a creative team from Mcgarrybowen, who won their first Lion on Wednesday for Honda.

They were awarded a bronze lion in the Cyber category for "endless road", an ad for Honda.

Rick Hirst, the agency’s chief executive, said the website was important because, "put simply, if we celebrate female creativity, we can inspire female creativity."

Other female winners can add their work and details to the site at canneslionesses.com.
