The United Healthcare ad showing a couple falling through a table while dancing to "(I've Had) The Time of My Life" remains in the top spot for the third consecutive week.

1. United Healthcare "Our Song" by Leo Burnett

This ad for United Healthcare shows a couple dancing to (I've Had) The Time of My Life by Bill Medley and Jennifer Warnes.

The woman decides replicate the iconic movie scene from Dirty Dancing by jumping into her partner’s arms, only to cause them both to fall through the dining table. The ad has been shared 61,304 times this week.

2. HBO Boxing "Mayweather-Pacquiao" by HBO Boxing

The ad promotes a boxing match between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao. It shows them walking towards each other along a deserted road, and they meet with the Las Vegas skyline in the background.

The fight takes place on May 2. The ad has been shared 45,477 times since being published on Monday.

3. Volvo "Life Paint" by Grey London

The ad was in fourth place last week and features luminous paint that is visible in the dark, made by Volvo for cyclists.

It has been shared 30,445 times in the past seven days.

4. Nike "Ripple" by Wieden & Kennedy

This spot is a new entry to the chart and follows a young boy who idolizes golfer Tiger Woods. The boy is seen practicing the sport as much as he can, whether or not it’s raining.

As the boy grows up the viewer sees that it is Rory McIlroy, the Northern Irish star who has risen to the top of the game himself by winning three of the sport's four major championships. 

The film has been shared 18,123 times since it was published on Monday.

5. Taco Bell "Flash" by DraftFCB

The ad shows an older couple sitting in a car enjoying a meal from Taco Bell and the woman lifts up her top to flash him. A voiceover says, "Life could use a little more unexpected."

It has been shared 15,067 times in the past week.

6. Raising the Roof Canada "The Homeless Read Mean Tweets" by Leo Burnett Toronto

The ad features homeless people reading out mean tweets about homelessness. Their reaction shows them getting upset with the comments.

The film has been shared 14,472 times in the past week.

7. Cornetto "Yalin Benimki" by Cornetto

This film features young people enjoying a Cornetto as at a music concert. A couple lock eyes at a gig and the man grabs a Cornetto for the girl and makes it to the stage to get her attention.

The ad has been shared 11,776 times this week.

8. Red Bull "sSkiing in Colour: Marcel Hirscher" by Red Bull

In this spot, professional skier Marcel Hirscher takes to the slopes. Every time he passes a marker pole there is a burst of coloured powder.

At the end he looks back at his trail and it is colorful against the crisp white snow. The ad has been shared 9,836 times.

9. Sony Xperia "#ICan Hold the Power with Xperia" by Adam & Eve/DDB

The ad shows a different people using the various features of the smartphone, which includes two-day battery life and low-light photography. It has been shared 8,355 times in the past seven days.

10. Nintendo "Shin Megami Tensei & Fire Emblem Crossover Project Gameplay trailer" by Nintendo

The ad promotes the new game for the Wii U and has been shared 7,367 times in the past week.
