Campaign Chemistry: Accenture Interactive’s Glen Hartman

Accenture Interactive’s North America President talks about its differentiators from the holding companies and the future of “experience” agencies.

Accenture Interactive has been at the forefront of the trend of consulting firms wading deeper into traditional agency territory.  

Over the past few years, the consulting firm’s marketing services group has acquired storied creative agencies such as Droga5, design agency Fjord and strong regional agencies including Karmarama and The Monkeys. 

With a focus on customer experience, Accenture Interactive claims it's on a different playing field than agency holding companies. But it will have to work on keeping that differentiator strong worlds of creativity, branding, experience and media collide.
