Sesame Street’s beloved muppet Cookie Monster apparently has the self-control to make his own cookies without eating the ingredients. The utensils are another matter. In a 60-second spot by TBWA\Media Arts Lab for the Apple iPhone 6s with virtual assistant software Siri, the furry blue chef waits anxiously for a batch of delicious cookies to finish baking, with Siri tracking the countdown while his hands are full. But the waiting game isn’t one of his strengths, and he quickly turns to wandering and wanton destruction to pass the time. The spot debuted on television Wednesday night and is also running digitally.
