LONDON - Brothers Cider will debut on TV next month with a £2m campaign.

The ad, which breaks on terrestrial and digital channels, builds on Brothers' positioning as an irreverent, free-thinking brand.

Brothers Drinks co-founder Matthew Showering said: ‘Now is a great time for Brothers Pear Cider to be on TV. Pear and fruit cider are the hot categories and TV prices have not been so cheap for years. Over the summer almost every 18-34 year old will have an average of five opportunities to see it. This campaign will have a significant impact on the market.'

The 30 second and 10 second adverts were created by Contagious Content with media buying handled by The Point Marketing.

Magners is currently on TV promoting its pear cider while Strongbow has launched TV this week which positions it as a drink for ‘hard grafters'.
