Lists of top advertisers tend to focus on money, but the highest-spenders aren't always the most visible brands. By analyzing streams of the major broadcast networks, TVTY, an adtech company, can determine the frequency with which commercials from particular brands appear. Here are the 10 brands that broadcast the most commercials on TV last week, and the networks that air the most ads.
Last week, Bayer, Toyota and Boost Mobile saw the most air-time across four major networks: ABC, CBS, Fox and NBC. It's not a significant change from the week before, when the same three brands took the top spots. The only difference is that last week, Toyota ran nearly 400 more ads than Boost Mobile, taking second place when it was at third.
As far as networks go, ABC and CBS once again ran the most ads, with ABC and CBS running at least 6,000 more than Fox and NBC.
