One-day activation promotes new show on TV network.

TV network Boomerang, part of Turner Broadcasting System, is opening a diner for dogs to showcase new programme Mighty Mike, which focuses on the antics and adventures of a pug named Mike.

The "First mates" diner will serve a family-style brunch to both dogs and their owners, including a two-course set meal and complementary drink. Guests will also receive a doggy bag to take away.

Proceeds from ticket sales are being donated to Wild at Heart Foundation, which supports animal-welfare projects, such as dog rescue, adoption and rehoming.

Mighty Mike is airing daily on Boomerang from 1 May. The diner will be open on 4 May at M Victoria Street in London.
