Jolyon Grose rejoins the company as head of copy. He has had more than 19 years experience both agency and client-side, and helped BD win pitches for the likes of Coca-Cola and Nintendo in 2006 and 2007.

Grose will be aided by Louise Taylor, who joins as copywriter from The Marketing Store. Here she worked on accounts for clients including McDonald’s, New Look and Carlsberg.

Stephen Plaster has joined as art director, while Candice Bender, Meera Taank and Jennifer Oliver have been brought on board as designers.

Lee Barber, director of BD Network, said: "Investment in our creative department follows a number of successful new client wins for BD Network. We’re delighted that we’re able to attract first class talent from within the industry that allows us to further strengthen our award winning creative offering."

In August, the agency announced three senior experiential hires, including two new recruits from The Bank.
