Financial company American Express has teamed up with BBC Two TV series MasterChef to host a pop-up restaurant and bar this September.

As part of the company’s American Express Invites events series, the pop-up will be located in the capital’s Blue Fin Building between 2 and 28 September. The 130-cover restaurant will be created on the 12th floor and will bring together winners and finalists from the last ten years, who will be cooking for the first time together.

Chefs who are on board for the MasterChef restaurant and bar include Dhruv Baker, Andrew Kojima and Tom Rennolds, who will be serving brunch, lunch, sharing suppers and tasting menus.

There will also be a private dining area available in the restaurant, which can seat 12, and will give guests the opportunity to eat at the chef's table.

Presale tickets were made available to American Express’ cardmembers first before going on general sale next Monday (26 May).
