This ad for bullet-proof college clothes takes aim at campus carry laws

FCB New York worked with a Texas student organization to raise awareness of a growing concern.

Nine states in the US have now adopted so-called "campus carry" laws, which allow anyone with a license to bring a gun onto university grounds. To draw attention to the issue, University of Texas student organization Cocks Not Glocks is taking the satirical approach, advertising college-branded body armor through a video, web site and travelling pop-u store. In this 1:30 spot, from FCB West, the group urges students to protect themselves by calling their local representatives.
