Dan Clay

Senior Associate in Innovation

Dan is a senior associate in innovation based in Lippincott’s New York office.

Dan joined Lippincott seven years ago as a consultant in the brand strategy practice. Today, he is a driving force in Lippincott’s growing innovation practice. Blending his background in consumer psychology and business innovation, Dan advises leading businesses on how the world is changing while identifying the innovation spaces and business approaches that will matter most to the customer of the future. Dan plays an ongoing role in developing Lippincott’s intellectual capital and his research and insights are used across Lippincott’s client base.

Prior to joining Lippincott, Dan has worked as an advertising strategy MBA intern at Google and spent four years as a sales, marketing and communication consultant at the Corporate Executive Board, advising Fortune 500 customer service executives on best practices in customer loyalty, customer segmentation and customer experience mapping.

Dan holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in philosophy and communication studies from Northwestern University.
