Stoli serves the LGBT community videos with a twist

The latest installment of Stolichnaya Vodka's "A versus THE" campaign aims straight for the LGBT community.

The simple concept of the spots, which launched in September: Show a word and see how the use of the article "a" or "the" turns it on its head.

The ads, created by The Martin Agency, were illustrated by London's Andrew Rae and animated by Hue & Cry. Three recent spots focus on LGBT viewers.

In the spot that Stoli first promoted last week, "a walk" is symbolized by a woman walking her poodles. Then, the we see "the walk": a bride walking down the aisle to meet her bride. The other two spots, "Bear" and "Snapper" offer whimsical treatments of two terms familiar to the LGBT community.

In a nod to the community, the Stolichnaya end card features a rainbow shadow.
