The campaign by ComZone features an infectious tune composed for beer bottles

PHNOM PENH, CAMBODIA — Cambodia Beer is telling the country's young consumers, "Let your feelings play" with a new campaign featuring a soundtrack scored for beer bottles.

The ad, titled "Bottle Band" and created by Phnom Penh-based ComZone, features a tune played on real beer bottles. "But bottle whistling is just a tip of the iceberg," according to the agency's strategy director, Jessica Lim. "Our message is bigger. With Cambodia Beer you will never be bored. There’s a lot of fun inside this brand still to be discovered by Cambodians. And we will help them in this during the upcoming campaign’s rollout."

According to Lundy So, CEO/ECD of ComZone, "This campaign is a new way of talking to consumers in Cambodia. We are calling them not to consume, but to play with the brand, which is a next level of communication. The idea of campaign is simple yet highly engaging; we believe Cambodians will love it."

The campaign includes video, print, social media, OOH, outlet branding and activation "flash mobs" in Phnom Penh and Cambodia's provinces.
