A TV spot features Blake Mycoskie, the founder of footwear line TOMS. While driving, Mycoskie discuses his vision for TOMS and the importance of giving back.
Complementing the TV ad is an series of web films at www.avis.com/whatdrivesyou/. Each features a different thinker, including the creator of the "CSI" franchise, the founders of website Gilt and an astronaut.
Avis is also seeking pitches from entrepreneurs as part of the campaign submitted to their Facebook page. A winner will receive a new BMW and mentorship.
